Warranty
The bodies of SWIZA® knives (the part consisting of the blades and tools) are guaranteed for life.
Under certain conditions, the sides (the parts that cover the body of the knife) may also be covered under our guarantee within two years of purchasing your knife. In order to be covered, the following conditions must be met:
- The sides must not have been in contact with abrasive chemical agents (e.g. acetone)
- The sides must not have been burnt
Proof of purchase must be provided alongside any claims, and must include the date, name of the supplier, place of purchase (or web address) as well as photos showing the defect or problem. You can send all of the above by email to the following address: sav@swiza.com
Any request to exchange defective plastic sides that are not covered by our guarantee will be charged at CHF 5.
Any request to exchange plastic sides for wooden ones will be charged at CHF 19, regardless of whether or not the knife is still under guarantee.
Damage caused by unusual, inappropriate or excessive use is not covered by our guarantee. The same applies to damage resulting from our products having been disassembled, modified or customised.
Delivery costs are at the customer’s own expense.
