General Provisions
Helvetica Brands SA (hereinafter "Helvetica Brands") is responsible for the trademark SWIZA® for the manufacture and distribution of pocket knives. The company is registered under the VAT number CHE-256.912.411 and its head office is located in Delemont (JU), Switzerland.
Helvetica Brands sells products to companies, shops or distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (hereinafter “GTC”).
The T&Cs are subject to change, the applicable version is the one in force at the time of placing the order.

Terms of Use
In order to place an order, it is necessary to provide personal data. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide complete and correct information. In the event of an error, he can quickly contact Helvetica Brands (sales@swiza.com or at +41 32 625 19 04).

The website may experience periods of maintenance or temporary technical failures. Confirmed orders are considered as such upon receipt of the order confirmation. If the order confirmation does not arrive by email within 15 minutes of your order, please contact Helvetica Brands (sales@swiza.com or on +41 32 625 19 04).

Purchasing Process
The SWIZA® products presented on the Website are offered while stocks last. Helvetica Brands reserves the right to modify the range of products offered on the Website at any time.
The customer can add the products of his choice to his cart. Once his selection of products is complete, he must provide his personal information necessary to process his order. As soon as the selection is validated, he will be asked to choose his payment method.

Conclusion of a Contract
The Customer's order placed on the swiza.com website or by email constitutes a firm offer to conclude a contract of sale to Helvetica Brands. Helvetica Brands is only bound by this offer after expressly accepting the order and sending a written order confirmation to the Customer by email.
Orders are considered accepted once Helvetica Brands confirmed their receipt by email.
By placing an order, the Customer certifies that they are over 18 years old and legally competent to purchase pocket knives. Any order is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Helvetica Brands cannot be held liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data. Helvetica Brands' liability is in any event limited to the amount of the Customer's order.
Helvetica Brands reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a previous dispute or in case of total or partial non-payment of a previous order.

Offers
Product descriptions and illustrations on the Helvetica Brands website, in the catalogue or in written offers are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee that the products will be exactly the same in terms of colour, shape or size. Design or technical changes that improve the functionality of the products are subject to change.

Prices
Prices for Helvetica Brands products are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT and delivery costs. Prices displayed on Helvetica Brands' website or in written offers are valid only for the duration of their posting. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. The price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of confirmation of the order.

Terms of Sale and Payment
Payment must be made prior to delivery and can be made by credit card, PayPal or TWINT. Helvetica Brands reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.

Delivery Terms
Products ordered can only be shipped to an address in Switzerland or Germany. Addresses voluntarily entered in other countries to fool the data entry system will not be sent or refunded.
If the products are in stock, they will be shipped immediately to the address indicated by the Customer. If the products are not in stock, Helvetica Brands will inform the Customer in writing of the expected delivery date. The delivery times indicated are indicative and may vary depending on the circumstances. Helvetica Brand cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to third parties (carriers, customs, etc.). If a product is no longer manufactured or can no longer be delivered, the order will be cancelled and refunded. The refund will be made via the payment method used by the Customer for the initial payment. The delivered goods remain the property of Helvetica Brands, until full payment.
The Customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order and report any anomaly to the carrier and the Seller as soon as possible.

Right of Return
The Customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging intact to be refunded. Only products ordered via swiza.com can be returned. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Helvetica Brands will proceed with the refund via the payment method initially used by the Customer.
It is also possible to return your knives to our shop in Delémont, free of charge.
The Customer can contact sav@swiza.com to be informed of the procedure to be followed.
Please note that this return policy supplements your statutory rights as a consumer and that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

WARRANTY

LEGACIES Collection
For any damage related to the models of the LEGACIES collection, we invite you to contact us by phone 41 32 625 19 04 or by email to sav@swiza.com.
Proof of purchase and photos will be requested in order to create a SAV file.

Pocket Knives
Helvetica Brands cannot be held responsible for damages caused by misuse, natural wear and tear of the product, or indirect damages (consequential damages from the defect). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
The SWIZA® knives bodies (part conisisting of blades and tools) are guaranteed for life.

Under certain conditions, the scales (parts covering the knife body) may also be covered under warranty within two years of purchasing your knife. For this, the following conditions must be met:
• The scales have not been in contact with abrasive chemical agents, such as acetone.
• The scales have not been burned or melted.
Requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, including the date, supplier's name, place of purchase (or web address), and photos illustrating the defect or issue. The request must be sent by email to the following address: sav@swiza.com.
Any request for an exchange of defective plastic scales not covered by the warranty will be charged CHF 5.-.
Any request for an exchange of plastic scales for wooden scales will be charged CHF 19.-, regardless of whether the knife is still under warranty or not.

Damages caused by unusual, inappropriate, or excessive use are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to damages resulting from disassembly, modification, or customization of our products. Shipping costs are the respnsability of the customer.

We draw your attention to the fact that counterfeit knives are not covered by warranty.

Luggage
Luggage products are guaranteed for three years from purchase. In the event of a defect during this period, we will replace the product. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the equivalent of your purchase as a voucher to be used on swiza.com.
Damage caused by improper handling, especially during transport in the baggage hold, is not covered by the warranty.

Watches (only watches; we do not cover clocks)
SWIZA® watches are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover battery wear and replacement, misuse such as breakage (misaligned dial, bent hands, forced mechanism), or normal wear of watch straps.

Intellectual Property
Helvetica Brands is the owner of the licenses and trademarks associated with its website and internal documents. All designs, texts and graphics published on the Website are the intellectual property of Helvetica Brands, and their reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited. For illustrations, drawings, calculations and other documents, Helvetica Brand holds the copyright and proprietary rights. Any transmission of these documents to third parties must be subject to the written approval of Helvetica Brand, who can be contacted at marketing@swiza.com.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is available in the language chosen by the Customer when browsing the Website, however, although the GTC is available in other languages, the French version will prevail. Helvetica Brands is headquartered in Delemont, in the Swiss Jura.
These GTC and contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law. The competent court is in Porrentruy (Canton of Jura).
